Scope of Services

We will:

• prepare your individual income tax return based on the information you provide;

• lodge the return with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) after your approval; and

• provide general taxation advice directly related to the preparation of your return.

Our engagement does not include audit, assurance, financial planning, legal advice, or verification of the accuracy or completeness of information supplied by you.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide complete and accurate information in a timely manner;

• retain supporting documentation for all income, deductions, and claims;

• review the completed tax return carefully before approval and lodgement; and

• advise us of any changes or additional information relevant to your tax affairs.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of your tax return and compliance with Australian taxation laws.

Our Responsibilities

We will perform our services in accordance with applicable professional and ethical standards, including the requirements of the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB).

We will take reasonable care in preparing your return based on the information provided to us.

Fees

Our fees will be charged based on the complexity of your return and the services provided. Payment is due prior to lodgement of tax return or 7 days.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional obligations. Your information may be disclosed where required by law or with your consent.

Electronic Communication

You consent to us communicating with you electronically, including by email and secure online platforms. While reasonable care is taken, electronic communications may not always be secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the re-supply of the services provided under this engagement.

Acceptance

By proceeding with our services, signing below, or approving your tax return for lodgement, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this engagement.
